Accommodation & Airbnb Photography in Toowoomba & South East Queensland

Images that help your property stand out, attract the right guests, and increase bookings

Your listing has seconds to make an impression.

The first image decides whether someone clicks through or keeps scrolling.

If your property isn’t getting the level of attention or bookings you expected, your images are often part of the reason. Not because your space isn’t right, but because it isn’t being shown in a way that connects.

I work with Airbnb hosts and accommodation owners across Toowoomba, South East Queensland and northern New South Wales to create natural, considered imagery that reflects the experience you offer and helps your listing perform.

Why your listing may not be performing as it should

Most accommodation listings are not lacking quality.

They are lacking clarity.

Images are often taken at the wrong time of day, with inconsistent lighting, or without a clear sense of flow. Key spaces may be missed, and the overall gallery can feel disconnected rather than cohesive.

The focus tends to be on documenting rooms, rather than showing what it feels like to stay there.

When that happens, potential guests hesitate.

They scroll past, not because your property isn’t a good fit, but because they can’t clearly picture themselves in it.

What changes when your imagery is working

When your images reflect the experience properly, you’ll notice the difference.

People pause on your listing. They spend longer looking through your gallery. They feel more confident in what you’re offering.

And that confidence is what leads to bookings.

Backed by experience in tourism

Alongside photography, I work in tourism and understand how guests search, compare, and choose where to stay.

That perspective shapes how your property is photographed.

It’s not just about showing each space. It’s about guiding someone through the experience from the first impression through to the details that make your property feel considered, welcoming, and worth booking.

What I focus on

Every property is different, but the goal is always the same. To create a gallery that feels clear, cohesive, and easy for your guests to connect with.

A typical session includes:

  • A strong hero image that captures attention immediately

  • Exterior and arrival perspective

  • Key interior spaces photographed in natural light

  • Bedrooms and bathrooms with a focus on comfort and detail

  • Outdoor areas, gardens, and seasonal elements

  • Detail images that add depth and atmosphere

The result is a balanced collection of images that supports your listing, rather than just filling it.

A bathroom countertop with a potted green leafy plant, two beige bottles labeled 'al.ive' with body and wash written on them, a pink rolled towel, a lit candle in a glass container, and a white sink with chrome faucet.
A bedroom with a bed that has a wooden headboard, light blue and white floral bedding, and three pillows. Next to the bed, there is a wooden nightstand with a white lamp, a white mug, a gold candle holder, and a couple of books including a garden guide. There are also some plants visible in the room.

Your experience

The process is relaxed, guided, and designed to feel manageable.

Before your session, I’ll provide simple direction on how to prepare your property so you know where to focus your time.

On the day, I work with the natural light and flow of your space. Small adjustments are made where needed, but the aim is always to keep everything feeling true to your property rather than overly styled.

After your session, each image is carefully selected and edited by hand. I refine light, tone, and colour, and remove small distractions where needed, so your space presents clearly and consistently.

Your final images are delivered in a private online gallery, ready for use across Airbnb, your website, and your marketing.

Investment & Availability

Every property is different, so I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to pricing.

The scope depends on your space, how many areas you need to capture, and how you plan to use your images in your listing and marketing.

To make this easier, I’ve created an accommodation photography investment guide that walks you through what’s included, how the process works, and what to expect.

If you’d like a copy, you’re welcome to get in touch, and I’ll send it through.

From there, I can provide a tailored recommendation based on your property and what will be most valuable for you.

Who this is for

I work with:

  • Airbnb hosts

  • Boutique accommodation owners

  • Farm stays and regional properties

  • Short-term rental providers across Toowoomba, South East Queensland and northern New South Wales.

If your property relies on strong imagery to attract bookings, this plays an important role in how you’re seen.

A Natural Fit for Homes and Gardens with Character

Many accommodation properties sit within beautiful homes, gardens, and landscapes.

Because of this, my work often overlaps with my Home and Garden Lifestyle Photography, which documents private homes and the lifestyles surrounding them.

This approach creates a cohesive visual story that reflects both the property and the life that surrounds it.

Let’s elevate how your property is seen

If your current images aren’t quite reflecting the experience you offer, or you’re ready to present your property at a higher standard, this is where we can make that shift.

Tell me a little about your property and what you’re looking for, and I’ll guide you on the next steps.
