The Signature Collection

Up to 2.5 hours of photography

Designed for owners who want a more comprehensive photographic story of their accommodation, including the spaces, surroundings, and experiences that make their property distinctive.

With additional time for considered compositions, styled details and greater coverage, this collection provides a versatile selection of photographs for your website, booking platforms, social media and promotional material.

  • Up to 2.5 hours of photography at one property

  • Comprehensive interior and exterior photography

  • Approximately 35–45 individually edited photographs

People & Lifestyle Photography

Optional add-on — From $295

Additional 30–45 minutes

Including people in your photographs can help potential guests picture themselves enjoying your accommodation.

This optional addition captures relaxed, natural moments, such as enjoying breakfast on the verandah, reading in the garden or spending time around an outdoor fire.

Includes:

  • A brief planning discussion about suitable scenes and activities

  • An additional 30–45 minutes of photography

  • Approximately 8–12 individually edited photographs

  • High-resolution and web-ready digital images

  • Commercial image licence for your accommodation marketing

The accommodation owner arranges participating family members or friends, with appropriate appearance consent required before the session.

Travel & Additional Information

Travel within 50 km driving distance of Toowoomba CBD is included. Properties further afield may incur an additional travel fee, which I will confirm before booking.

For seasonal photography, multiple properties or more extensive photography requirements, please enquire about a tailored quotation.

Before your session, we will discuss your property, the photographs you need and where you intend to use them. You will also receive practical preparation advice so everything is ready on the day.

I photograph each property with an emphasis on natural light, considered composition and an accurate representation of its character.

I professionally edit your finished photographs and deliver them through a private online gallery, ready for your marketing.

My background in tourism and marketing helps me understand how travellers research accommodation and what influences their booking decisions.

Alongside attractive photographs, I consider how the images will be used, which features guests need to see and how to communicate what makes your property different.
